I have been working as a Realtor in the Northern Virginia area for over 12 years working with buyer and seller clients in Fairfax, Prince William, Stafford and Arlington counties.  I am an Associate Broker with Classic Realty offering full service real estate.

Before getting into real estate I served in the Army, retiring in 1989. A Vietnam veteran, I continued with the government and for a time pursued two major careers; real estate and working for the National Guard Bureau.  In 2003 I left the federal service to devote my full energy to real estate and to my family.

I’m a graduate of both Northern Virginia Community College and of Hood College.  Through sales and education I’ve earned several real estate designations to include: CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), CSP (Certified New Home Sales Professional), GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative).  I obtained my Broker license in 1999 and continue to participate in seminars, workshops and other educational activities in order to maintain the level of knowledge, skills and abilities to better serve my clients.

I believe in tradition when it comes to family but not necessarily when it comes to real estate.  I do more than sell a home; I market it using the latest marketing tools available such as direct response phone hotlines, E-Flyers to all Realtors within 30-mile radius of your home, personal email to all buyer agents with clients interested in your home area, and web-based listings.  Use of such tools provides marketing your home on a 24/7 basis.  The goal is maximum customer service with your home sold in the least amount of time and most amount of value as possible.

Leisure time finds me sharing time with my wife Nhung and my teenaged daughter Anna.  I enjoy genealogy, gardening, outdoor recreation and old cars.  In fact, if you spot a two-tone green 1956 Pontiac Star Chief cruising in the neighborhood, chances are, it’s me.

I’m a member of the Knights of Columbus with the Father Ryder Council and of the Marian Assembly at Saint Lawrence, a 4th Degree Color Guard member, and a member of the National Shrine of Immaculate Conception Usher Program.  My real estate memberships include the Northern Virginia, Virginia and National Associations of Realtors; Council of Residential Specialists including the Virginia Chapter; and Real Estate Buyers Agent Council.
